After the offer is accepted by the owner(s), our legal team immediately begins in-depth verifications and starts the sales and notary process.
The big day has arrived! Expect approximately 3 months for the sale to be finalized (similar to the process in France).
Delays may occur depending on the complexity of the case (inheritance, etc.).
If you are not present to sign, we will send you the sales documents by email so that you know exactly what you are signing.
A POA (Power of Attorney) will need to be signed, allowing our team to sign on your behalf on the day of the sale.
