Your purchase offer must be accompanied by 10% of the purchase price.

Kisiwa is committed to being a trustworthy company for both property owners and investors. Due to the unfortunate experiences locals have faced in recent years, they require proof of financial commitment from investors (hence the deposit).

  • If the offer is rejected, we will fully refund the 10% (this will be outlined in a commitment contract).

Verification and Guarantee Process for Your Project

After the offer is accepted by the owner(s), our legal team immediately begins in-depth verifications and starts the sales and notary process.

Payment and Signing of the Sale

The big day has arrived! Expect approximately 3 months for the sale to be finalized (similar to the process in France).

Delays may occur depending on the complexity of the case (inheritance, etc.).

If you are not present to sign, we will send you the sales documents by email so that you know exactly what you are signing.

A POA (Power of Attorney) will need to be signed, allowing our team to sign on your behalf on the day of the sale.
